Celebrating Success During National Apprenticeship Week

Kyle’s Journey at Standish Engineering 
National Apprenticeship Week is the perfect time to reflect on the incredible achievements of our apprentices and highlight how vital they are to the future of engineering. At Standish Engineering, we take pride in nurturing young talent and providing opportunities for growth and development. 

One shining example of this is Kyle’s journey. He joined Standish Engineering at just 17 years old as a trainee, displaying an eagerness to learn and a passion for engineering from day one. His commitment and hard work led him to begin a full apprenticeship two years ago, and we are absolutely delighted to share that Kyle has passed with flying colours this month! 

The Next Step in Kyle’s Career 
But Kyle’s story doesn’t stop there. We’re committed to supporting his continued development and helping him take his skills to the next level. Kyle will now begin learning how to programme a multi-axis turn-mill using FANUC controls, expanding his capabilities and further solidifying his place as a key member of the Standish Engineering team. 

We look forward to following Kyle’s progress and seeing where this next chapter takes him. His success is a testament to the value of apprenticeships and the opportunities they create for both individuals and businesses.
