Our range of machining capability means we can support everything from one-off components to larger production runs across all sectors. As customer requirements continue to evolve, flexibility is increasingly important. 

Our machining capability allows us to produce components of varying sizes and complexities, including larger components turning up to 450mm(X) x 1000mm(Z) and milling 1500mm(X) x 750mm(Y) x 600(Z). 

Technology continues to play a major role in modern manufacturing. Features such as multi-axis machining, built in machine software, bar-fed systems, automatic tool changers and built-in inspection capabilities all help improve productivity and consistency throughout the machining process. 

Our Haas UMC750 full 5-axis machining centres allow us to machine complex geometries with greater accuracy while reducing setup times, helping improve both efficiency and turnaround times. Meanwhile, advanced multi-axis turning centres help maximise productivity while maintaining precision across repeat production work.
